Patricia Shaw - Chief Executive Officer
Patricia provides over-sight of entire office and operations. Patricia is Past-President of the Arizona Charter Schools Association and currently serves as the State Chair for the Association for Performance-Based Accreditation.

Nancy handles all client relationships and coordinates all services to our clients.

Steve Childress - Chief Operations Officer
Steve provides over-sight of all Policy and Procedural issues, student behavior and classroom management issues. Steve is a Board Member of both the Arizona Charter Schools Association and the Association for Performance-Based Accreditation.

Erik Hendrix, M.S., M.S.W. - School Psychologist
Erik is a School Psychologist who holds a masters degree in social work and school psychology. In that capacity he conducts initial evaluations and reevaluations, attends MET meetings, plays a supporting role in the development of IEPs, assists in the development of behavioral plans, and provides ongoing support for staff members who have special education questions. Upon request, he also provides counseling services to students.

Jan Krygier, M.Ed. - Grant Specialist
Jan is the ReSolutions grant specialist and editor of the Charter School Monthly, Arizona’s only publication for the charter school community. She has worked for more than 25 years in communications and education as a writer, editor, and teacher.

Jim Wade - Special Education Teacher
Jim has been a special education teacher since 1987. For the last three years, he has worked as a special education teacher for ReSolutions, providing specialized services for charter schools as well as developing and conducting workshops.
